The most favourable approach & the best opportunity to secure you the highest possible price would be to take the property to Auction. The only real difference between this & a normal campaign is it is 3 opportunities to sell instead of 1. With Auction people don’t look at a price & negotiate down, they go in & aggressively try to buy the property. More buyers inspect the property as they will not disregard based on price & this creates competition, driving up the market price achievable. LJ Hooker Beenleigh hold In Rooms (Bulk) Auctions on the first Wednesday evening of the month. The biggest advantage of bulk auctions is the other properties involved in the campaign that we can bounce off as well for buyers that may not have even considered your property. Also it is held in a controlled environment & instead of the auctioneer being $550 it is only $330 for the auctioneer for the bulk auction.
