Marketing is used to present your property in the best possible way in order to attract the highest number of buyers and is vital to achieve a premium result, especially during the Covid pandemic.

If properties are presented well and marketed well with quality photos, video tours, 3D tours, floorplan and drone footage (where required) they draw more attention, to assist the process we conduct private inspections 7 days a week as required to sell or lease the property in the shortest period of time. When conducting open homes we have a robust system that collects all contact details of people viewing properties for our safety and the safety of the occupants and their possessions.

The buyers enquirers are rising and in property management we are currently leasing our rentals properties in an average of 18 days faster than competitors in our market place.
