Property signboards are also recommended, as they serve as the 24hr advertisement and often engage buyers who aren't actively 'looking' for a property - these are usually locals in the area and those who are looking to make a move to the area but aren't overly familiar with suburbs and may have missed the property listing online.
Stepping outside the standard advertising portals, I subscribe to 'B4' which is an national online database of buyers who subscribe exclusively to receive 'new property' updates prior to a property being advertised online, the 'updates' are tailored to what that buyer is looking for and a notification is sent to their phone the moment it's uploaded to the 'app' - there are more than 32,000 buyers registered Australia wide and expansion to NZ is currently in progress.
