We advertise the property on several web sites for lease and in the office rental handout. Our office holds a data base of potential tenants that come in to our office to register, this is a useful tool for pre-tenant selection and arranging showings before a property is advertised to the open rental market.
Property flyers and handed out during the open homes and IU really like to get to know each and everyone’s story so that we feel as through we really know who we are renting to. There is also our prominent window display near a popular cafe and when passable a for lease sign is installed at the font of the available property.
-We do not under any circumstances hand out property keys to any perspective tenant. I will personally accompany them to all viewings
- I am available to book several appointments per week. (I gauge this off interest) and have many time booked the appointment around the perspective tenant when they are available. All our staff can be available to show a property if needed at any time.)
