Brad Teal Real Estate was established in 1987 as a single office in Essendon. The company has since expanded into a vibrant ten network, servicing the broader north-west and district communities with professional real estate services.
In addition to the growth in our property sales over the past twenty eight years, our property management division has grown to establish Brad Teal as the region’s leading agent.
Underpinning the growth of the agency has been a corporate culture of high ethical standards, community involvement and an uncompromising professional obligation to deliver exceptional service. This continues today and into the future, as we maintain a strong commitment to innovative business strategies using state-of-the-art technology and methods, all designed to produce the best possible outcomes for clients.
Our level of service remains consistent across the group and there are no operational boundaries or ‘territories’. Properties listed for sale or lease are given the opportunity to be sold or let from consultants at any of our network offices.
Our ten office network provides broad market saturation with offices strategically located to provide the largest possible sales reach. With offices in Essendon, Ascot Vale, Avondale Heights, Pascoe Vale South, Coburg, Brunswick, Keilor, Caroline Springs, Sunbury and Gisborne.)
There are two main methods of marketing residential property; Public Auction or Private Sale.
We can confidently establish a campaign for your property using either method, however we believe the best way to maximise the sale price of this property would be by auction.
A sale by auction will ensure you obtain an unconditional contract, as buyers are precluded from using ‘subject to…’ conditions. In addition, no cooling-off period applies, providing you with security and peace of mind.
You will also be given regular updates on buyer feedback over a four to five week marketing campaign which will enable you to make an informed decision when the time comes to sell.
The marketing campaign will provide a great deal of exposure and draw interested parties together at the one time, creating a competitive environment in which the eventual sale price is negotiated upwards, as there is no maximum figure set.)
