LJ Hooker Point Cook has secured a position on Australia’s prestigious Top 50 Sales Offices’
ranking, cementing them as one of the country’s best real estate offices.
After a stellar performance over the 2014/2015 financial year LJ Hooker Point Cook have been
ranked 25th in the country.
The ranking, published by Real Estate Business (REBonline) is determined by a number of metrics
including, sales volumes, staff efficiency, number of listings and sales conversion numbers.
LJ Hooker Point Cook was one of 11 LJ Hooker offices featured on the list, almost three times as
many as any other network on the list. This achievement further cements LJ Hooker as the leader
in excellence in real estate.
LJ Hooker Point Cook principal, Paul Caine said the ranking proved that the agency was always
