Here’s how we find our GREAT tenants: 1) Our office has cultivated a network of other local businesses that allow them to distribute our rental lists. These businesses vary from area to area but include businesses such as the local corner store, coffee shop, bank, accountant, sales only real estate agents and many more. This is very important because, unlike other agencies, we can reach more potential tenants in the streets, and in the places they shop and in the area that they want to live. This simply means that we get access to more potential tenants and can pick the best of them for our properties. 2) Nearly 90% of all enquiry will come from online sites . Our website exports our rental properties to all other major websites that we believe do a good job such as www.realestate.com.au. In addition, all of our rental properties are advertised as Feature Property to ensure maximum exposure. 3) Our branding is well known nation-wide. Our Property Managers use sign boards outside vacant properties to attract maximum attention to it from potential new tenants. If you drive down your local street you’ll see that the serious sales agents use these boards to advertise properties for sale but unfortunately most other agencies feel that leasing a property isn’t as important as selling it so they rarely use them. Our ‘For Lease’ signs really do turn heads and attract a surprising amount of enquiry from tenants! To summarise, by utilising all of these methods we will find you the best tenant for your property before any of our competitors. Just as important however is acting on that enquiry swiftly. Our philosophy is that when we identify a quality potential tenant we show the property to them immediately wherever possible. By doing this we gain the appreciation of that tenant and they almost always feel comfortable working with us exclusively to find them a property.)
