Getting your home sold is not as simple as putting a sign on the property & waiting for the phone to ring. You have options to consider. These include the Method of Sale, the Marketing Mix and the Sales Strategy.
We assist you through detailed conversation & conduct a planning session with you. You will have all the facts and figures. This is so you know your options and may choose accordingly what is best for you and your desired outcome.

Local promotions will use web sites that promote "For Sale" properties, traditional press, the standard real estate portals, direct mail to active prospects in our databases and mass email campaigns to second level prospect buyers.
