Marketing Plan

The sale of your home will be promoted by all the agents at our office, not just the listing agent.

Getting your home sold is not as simple as putting a sign on the property & waiting for the phone to ring. You have options to consider. These include the Method of Sale, the Marketing Mix and the Sales Strategy.

We assist you through detailed conversation & conduct a planning session with you. You will have all the facts and figures. This is so you know your options and may choose accordingly what is best for you and your desired outcome.

Your property will be promoted locally, nationally & internationally, by a number of methods.

Local promotions will use web sites that promote "For Sale" properties, traditional press, the standard real estate portals, direct mail to active prospects in our databases and mass email campaigns to second level prospect buyers.

Our agents operate in a co-operative model that is unique and sometimes partially copied by "other brands". Our international network includes the local Harcourts office located at Shop 3, 532 Kessels Rd, Macgregor, Qld 4109.

From preliminaries to the sale completion I found Darren to have fully understood my needs and personal requirements, and there were quite a number of personal considerations that under normal circumstances could be seen as major irritants.
