Marketing Plan

When it comes to selling your property, there are two popular methods to choose from;

Private Treaty and Auction
We have successfully utilised both methods, however we have found sale by ‘Auction’ to be the most effective method for properties located in the top 50 suburbs. Auction is effective in the event of there being difficulty in clearly determining the value of a property whereby a value range may be more practical.

All our properties will have the base marketing package of brochures, a signboard and internet.

We want as many qualified buyers as possible to inspect the property. With every enquiry we receive about it, we will be aiming to encourage the buyer to come and inspect. All marketing will contain our direct office and mobile numbers, to ensure that we are completely accessible to your buyers.

The property will be shown to prospective buyers at both advertised open house inspections and private appointments. Throughout the campaign, we’d like to run open house inspections on Saturdays and Wednesdays to ensure it is as accessible as possible for all potential buyers.

On Monday’s we make our calls following Saturday’s inspections, when the property is fresh in buyers’ minds. We make our week-day calls the day after inspections.

The feedback that we receive again and again is that our clients greatly appreciate being kept fully informed of the progress of their campaigns. After every inspection, we will report via phone on attendance, contracts issued, repeat visits and buyer feedback, etc. On Monday and Thursday you will receive a written comprehensive report on detailed feedback for each buyer and their interest levels.
