Although new to the market On Line Auctions are proving to be a quick and convenient way of selling a property.
Additionally we offer the "normal" sales strategy of external signage, internet marketing, open house (OFI), buyer face to face negotiations and servicing to settlement.
As this method includes the negotiation phase (taken care of in an ON LINE auction) our fees will be 3.5% inclusive of GST.
Marketing fees can change commensurately and be nearer the $ 3000 mark.
