Gene Fairbanks and his wife, Jemima unveiled their Ray White business on 4 October.

“We’re a family business so joining a family-led brand was a natural fit for us. Through Ray White, we’ll be able to create a one-on-one experience for our clients with all the extra tools and resources that comes with a big brand like Ray White,” Gene explained.

Using his background as a professional rugby union player, Gene understands the importance of team culture.

“As a start-up, we’re growing our business organically and we really want to create a supportive environment for both our team members and our clients.

“In a community as tight-knit as Bowral, we’ll be working hard to make sure every person who walks through our doors has a great experience – no matter who they are or what they need,” he said

With a broad range of properties ranging from affordable first homes to high-end acreages and everything in between, Gene and Jemima said the Bowral market suits a lot of buyers and, increasingly, Sydneysiders are moving to the area for a tree-change.

“We have so many beautiful properties here on bigger parcels of land. We’re seeing a lot of people moving here in search of a more relaxed lifestyle,” Jemima said,
