Our office will conduct up to three open for inspections per week plus private appointments where necessary. Your property will also be promoted in our window displays at both our Potts Point and Pyrmont office and a marketing email is sent to our prospective tenant database subscribers.

Our office collects the names and contact details from prospective tenants at each open for inspection so that we can follow up with each person individually after the opens and to also update our database for other properties they may be interested in. We are constantly in contact with you regarding the open for inspection feedback and any recommendations we may have for you.

Once an application is received on your property we thoroughly check the references and contact you to seek your instructions on the prospective tenant. If approved a holding fee is taken from the applicant and the necessary paper work prepared for their signing.)
