With a large portfolio we constantly receive inquiry and have and excellent database of potential tenants. Our first marketing strategy is to cross match properties against our database which is highly successful. Additionally internet advertising is highly recommended and included across a number of internet sites such as, Domain,, and more. Window cards also create some appeal for those strolling past and for some properties local press can be of assistance. Our marketing is tailored for each property as different suburbs require different approaches.
Most importantly, we will ensure that we work quickly to show your property to prospective tenants, at times to suit to ensure your property is let to the best possible tenant, in the shortest possible time.

We have had a number of properties under the Southgate management Team for many years now and continue to find their service far exceeds any other property management company we have dealt with in the past. Their attention to all matters connected with the properties is efficient and we are kept informed every step of the way. Every effort is put in to find quality tenants when the need arises. Maintenance issues are attended to by good tradesmen at a reasonable cost. One area that we really value is the 3 monthly inspections. If there are any issues such as marks on walls, dents in walls or ovens etc that need a good clean or lawns that need mowing, it is not uncommon for the tenants to be given a short period of time to rectify these issues before the property management staff return to check that the tenant has attended to them.
