OUR PROCESS & COSTS:
Firstly we arrange photos, a For Sale board and brochures prior to putting your property on the internet.
The largest site accessed by buyers is www.realestate.com.au , www.domain.com.au , www.realestateview.com.au and www.nicholasscott.com.au, www.iproperty.com.au , we receive approximately 100 enquiries per week solely from this source and this is where we will be displaying your property for optimum exposure. In looking for a “Heart Buyer” we personally door knock all surrounding homes to locate possible leads to assist the sale. We then comb through our recent enquiry log in search of the right buyers along with all incoming calls off the board and in the front door.
All of our buyers are fully qualified and private inspections are arranged. When the right buyer has come forward we encourage them to make their offer at their walk away price. This takes some time back in the office with the use of our buyer’s declaration form & skills of negotiation process by the salesperson. When we have what we believe to be a fair and complete offer, we will be in immediate contact with yourself to direct us of your decision. The property is not sold until you decide and therefore sign a contract of sale.
