Beller Real Estate has been part of the Melbourne property market for over 50 years
During that time we have seen our business evolve, grow, diversify and improve; through consistent effort, effective processes, outstanding people and clear vision. Beller is now better than ever. With the dynamic leadership of Andrew Fawell and his management team, the Beller brand is synonymous with better service and better results.
Beller now includes a commercial arm that enhances the existing strengths of our residential sales and property management departments. Furthermore, our valued clients are benefiting from specialist investment advice which is adding wealth to existing portfolios.
Our entire team is motivated to make every service, every process and every client experience better.
Originally owned by Nathan Beller, ours was a traditional residential agency that focused on providing management and investment services to the broader Windsor district. In the early 1990's Andrew Fawell joined the business as a partner and set about growing and further developing the Beller brand. His insight and understanding of the property market and our broader client base has seen the business develop into a formidable inner-city real estate agency.
Beller = Better
We are single-minded in our determination to ensure Beller is the most efficient, best performed real estate agency in our defined market – our staff are highly trained and motivated and we use the best systems and office protocol to deliver better results for our clients.)
