Our Marketing Budgets start at $600. Your property will be listed on Real Estate.Com, Domain.Com, On the House, Homely.com.au, the Home Page and Million Plus. If FIRB approved we also use Chinese websites such as My Fun.
We like to obtain as much information about the home as possible; such as floor plans, outgoing expenses, and services/schools in the area, and what they enjoy about living there. This information is presented in a professional style folder to the buyers at Open Homes and private inspections and if required the brochure can be emailed to a buyer
We seek your approval before listing on the internet, conduct open homes, private inspections to suit your schedule and give constant feedback on buyer enquiry.
We explain the entire sale process to you and provide tips on presenting the property to the market place.
