I conduct 2 open for inspections in the first 3 weeks of the campaign to get as many prospects through your property as possible. I lean on the 87 office wide Harcourts network to promote the property both within Australia and Internationally. Prospective tenants are canvassed from our Database and to the steady stream of enquiries that come to our office, which means sometimes the right tenant is found before the advertising even begins.
Within the first week of advertising, we will review the statistics of views and actual enquiry to ensure that the property is on track with market expectations and demand and if need be adjustments will be made. This approach will apply to the full campaign. It is anticipated that a suitable tenant will be selected within 3 weeks of marketing the property. Currently my "days on market" stand at 1.5 weeks.)
