We offer a number of sale strategies that are customised to each owner and property. The sales strategies offered are Sale by Negotiation, Sale by Set Date (exclusive to Barry Plant), Auction and Private Sale.
Once the sale strategy is confirmed, the sales team will actively begin to market the property and bring through qualified prospective purchasers. Once an offer is received, all the buyers that have inspected the property will be contacted to see if there is further interest in the property and to source out any other offers. If are other offers, the buyers will then compete amongst each other to achieve the highest possible price. Once the highest offer has been achieved, this will be presented to the owner for further negotiations to achieve an optimal price.
