Since its establishment in Campbelltown in 1958, Richardson & Wrench has remained constant. Richardson & Wrench is a name associated with honesty, tradition and old-fashioned service accompanied with the latest technology and marketing concepts enabling us to be market leaders in our field.



Increasing our size ,in 2006 our Ingleburn office dramatically increased its presence by merging with one of the area’s longest serving names : Forans First National, further expanding our market share and enabling us to provide even higher levels of service. In 2009, we also acquired Macarthur First National.

2012 saw continued growth into Narellan as we merged with long standing local agents Troy Nicholson and Greg Williamson.

We have continued to look for opportunities to expand our footprint by the opening of a new sales office in
Mount Annan in early 2015 together with the relocation of our Campbelltown office to larger and more accessible premises in December 2015. This increase in size and coverage allows us the benefit of scale to pass cost savings onto our clients and the ability to broaden our reach across Macarthur.

We have highly trained and experienced staff specialising in all areas of real estate including : Residential Sales,
Commercial/Industrial, Property Management, Development and Project Marketing sectors.
