Marketing Plan
To discuss a selling strategy that is suited for you we would need to discuss the property and what you are hoping to achieve in greater detail. I am trained in all methods from auction by negotiation to the different price strategies. Without talking to you it would be unprofessional to decide which method will work best for you and your situation.

I am happy to discuss more via email to work out what is the best option for you. For this process I have had to select a marketing fee, this is based on average your property man need more or less but this is the average most of my owners invest to secure the premium buyer.)
