I would like to say a big thank you in your efforts in selling our property. After doing a major renovation on the place we got several agents in to appraise our property in Waratah. We decided to put it to the market and try and sell it ourselves. We were on the main road with lots of traffic driving past but after a number of weeks, several enquires, we didn't have any luck.

Our property was placed on the market in February 2012 as a silent listing, where Ray White markets the property from the current list of buyers. During this period we had a number of offers from potential developers however none of the offers were acceptable to us.
