Marketing Plan

For our Landlords, we arrange professional photography and copywriting for you and advertise all rental properties on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au. We also erect a “For Rent” sign at the property, have a full colour A4 advertisement in our office window and keep strip lists on the reception desk for prospective tenants to take with them when they attend our office. And we do all of this for free.

And that’s not all that’s free with our property management. Our only charges are a management fee & a letting/lease renewal fee. We don’t charge for anything else. That includes QCAT applications, preparation and attendance, insurance claims, and everything else. Unlike many agencies, our landlords know exactly how much our management of their property will cost. There are no hidden fees or surprises.

For our Vendors, we review all of the most effective marketing alternatives with you & help you decide which make the most sense to use given the characteristics of your property & your personal circumstances. You want the best bang for your buck & you don’t want to waste money on anything that’s not worth the spend, right? We make sure that’s what you get.
