Vicprop has two offices, conveniently located in Kew and Melbourne's CBD, the Kew office deals with primarily re-sales of established properties, development sites, investment and off the plan properties, while the Melbourne office is currently selling large scale apartment projects and townhouse developments, as well as handling all your leasing requirements.
As we are not a franchise company, all properties are referred across both offices to ascertain if they have a qualified buyer, Vicprop deals with referral agents selling directly into the overseas market as well as targeting the local market through traditional marketing methods.
