There are a lot of variables with regards to selling strategy. The difficulty is no Agent can (or should) offer you an ‘off the shelf’ Selling plan or marketing suggestions without first seeing the home (and all the facets that relate to it), understanding your (and the other stakeholder’s) position, what you wish to achieve, time frames etc. There are simply so many variables and considerations. Each property is unique and requires a tailored approach to marketing, to gain the most from the market whilst working within parameters of the Sellers (if any).
