When your property is for sale by private treaty you decide on a price for the property at the commencement of the marketing period. Your property is placed on the market for an agreed period of time, with the aim of attracting offers which can then be negotiated into a sale. It is then our job to advise you on the best price to maximise sales potential and allow for negotiation.
Steps of a listing: In Brief
• Fill out an Exclusive Sales Agreement with Premium
• We request your Contract For Sale from your nominated Solicitor/Conveyancer
• Take photos of your property and complete our “Property Fact Sheet”
• Once the contract is received we commence your marketing
• Put a For Sale sign up at your property
• Conduct letter box drops with Just Listed Flyers
• Conduct Open Homes (if required)
• Conduct Private Inspections
• Sell your home at a fantastic price!
We also offer a “staging” service. This is free advice on how to best present your home to achieve the highest possible price. We go from room to room and discuss and make suggestions regarding presentation. The acceptance of this service is entirely up to you.

• Just Listed/ Sold Flyers - We print out 100 flyers and deliver them around your neighbourhood at the beginning of your listing. Open home times will also be printed on the flyer if applicable. Once your property is sold, your “Just Sold” flyer will be sent out.
