Marketing Plan

We will advertise your property on,, and an additional 5 websites. The advertisement with will be a highlight placement ensuring that your property will have a larger ad and be placed above other standard ads on the site. We will organise professional photography to ensure that your property stands out and a For Lease Board to be erected at the front of the property.
In addition to this we will market your property to our extensive list of prospective tenants and relocation agents we have on our database. All inspections will be done with an agent present so that we can meet and assess your potential tenants face to face, we have an online booking system so that potential tenants can book inspection times that suit them, giving you more exposure to more tenants at more inspections. All applications will be thoroughly checked and put forward to you for your approval. It is imperative that we ensure that we put the right tenant into your property to ensure that you do not have any issues and the property is well looked after, we will not settle for second best.

The cost of the above marketing would normally be $470.00 and as a special offer to you we are prepared to cover the cost of this in the first instance.
