2. 24/7 Access to your property information. Using an online secure portal that you can access at anytime. Providing you with information about tenants rent paid to dates, inspection information, maintenance, invoices & statements.
3. Constant communication- Once I have established your preferred method of contact you are constantly informed with every aspect of your investment.
4. Daily rent arrears- Strict policy of rental payments & collection of utilities will apply. Tenants will receive a number of vartiety of reminders that should not be ignored
5. Tenant selection - Applications are fully screened with reference, employment & previous & current rental references. Once all these have been checked thoroughly - you the owner confirm final approval based on the information supplied.
6. Regular inspections- First inspection is completed app 6 weeks after the tenants move in & then routinely app every 3 months thereafter
A detailed report including photos will be sent to you within 24 hours after the inspection has been completed.
You are also welcome to attend inspections if you wish.
