Our Co-Vid sensitive approach to leasing signifies that we are able to lease strongly during this challenging time. We combine professional photography, a video walkthrough tour, a description that sells the property and the area, an on-line inspection booking system that allows tenants to book inspections at times that suit them and as often as they choose, plus marketing to our 217,000 strong tenant database. Its an award-winning leasing package that has reduced our average days on market to only 14 whilst the market average is 33 days. That saves our clients thousands of dollars in rental every time a new tenant is required. We look for longer-term tenants 12/18/24 month leases to provide our client's stability and minimise vacancy. All tenants will undergo a thorough vetting process and you can make the final call as to which tenant to accept.
This is a long time coming and I have been meaning to provide this feedback for some time now and as an Account Manager myself for over 14 years, providing a service to customers, we are often forgotten about and it’s just expected that we provide exemplary service day in day out.
Stephen has been my Property Manager since I first came to Melbourne Real Estate over four or five years ago, managing four of my properties and in this time has provided me with exceptional service. He is extremely proficient in his work, efficient and very professional. I always know that my properties are in goods with Stephen. He is extremely reliable and I know he ‘gets the job done’.
He is seamless in transitioning new tenants/leases, ensuring minimal vacancy rates and continually provides proactive updates throughout the process.
