This is a long time coming and I have been meaning to provide this feedback for some time now and as an Account Manager myself for over 14 years, providing a service to customers, we are often forgotten about and it’s just expected that we provide exemplary service day in day out.
Stephen has been my Property Manager since I first came to Melbourne Real Estate over four or five years ago, managing four of my properties and in this time has provided me with exceptional service. He is extremely proficient in his work, efficient and very professional. I always know that my properties are in goods with Stephen. He is extremely reliable and I know he ‘gets the job done’.
He is seamless in transitioning new tenants/leases, ensuring minimal vacancy rates and continually provides proactive updates throughout the process. Bec doles out excellent service and is very client-friendly and efficient. I appreciate Bec’s attentiveness in carrying out a routine inspection of my property today. I am glad to have a proactive and dedicated property manager to care for my investment.
