About Steve Mcmahon
Helping others realise the Australian dream of home ownership is the reason I got into real estate.
Since commencing a career in real estate in 1989 and becoming a part of the Ray White Group in 1993, Steve has always taken a pro-active approach to real estate.
Maintaining a great office/community relationship is something that Steve believes in passionately. He supports the Ballajura Football Club, Ballajura Soccer Club, Ballajura Indoor Cricket Centre and Volleyball club as well as being a major sponsor of Motor Neuron Disease Australia.
During his Real Estate career, Steve has consistently ranked in the Top 10 of our sales force and he attributed this to the challenge of being the best. This statement is one that sits well with the Ray White environment.
“Working in real estate is exciting and challenging. I can not imagine myself doing anything else. I really enjoy working with people and have made a lot of friends over the years. Trust is a big part of my business and being open and honest is a virtue I value most.”)
We pride ourselves on achieving the best possible price for our clients.
At Ray White Bursmac, we market your home aggressively. A strong marketing campaign is the only way to ensure your home is seen by the maximum amount of qualified buyers - which then creates competition and drives the price.
If an agent offers you a discounted or mediocre advertising campaign, they are doing you a disservice. A strong campaign is the best way to ensure you are getting every last dollar out of your buyer.
When 2, 3 or even more people want to buy the same property, they compete for it. This pushes the price up and ensures that you are getting the best possible price.
Our job is to create competition among interested buyers.
We will recommend the method we believe will achieve you the highest price, however ultimately, you, the vendor, have the power to choose the method which you feel most suits you.
There are three main methods of selling your home. Private treaty, Auction and Public Tender.)
