With over 15 years of experience in the property industry, Steven has held the role of a Sales Manager in a number of leading property agencies in the local area before taking the next big step in joining Australasia’s largest Real Estate Group, Ray White Group, in 2013.

Steven’s Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) has provided Steven with a sound foundation and understanding of the building industry which gives him the ability to provide quality services in the property industry.

Marketing Plan
At Ray White Lidcombe, our auction campaign is a 4 weeks tailored program to ensure maximum exposure of the property whilst creating deadlines for purchasers in limiting procrastination. An Auction Campaign also allows vendors to stick to a pre-set marketing budget and a specific timeframe for the sale of their property.

Auction Campaign - Process
Our Auction Campaign consists of 3 Open For Inspection (OFI)’s in the first 3 weeks of the campaign, followed by a fourth inspection in the final week prior to the Public Auction taking place. At Ray White Lidcombe, we pride ourselves on achieving the best possible price for our clients. It is much preferable to let the market determine the price rather than predetermining it prior to sale - exactly what Public Auction achieves.
