As mentioned, all properties we offer for sale are made available through our St Marys/Plumpton and Erskine Park offices, the marketing avenues to which we use are an ongoing basis, including but are not limited to, Internet - realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, realestateview.com.au, professionals.com.au, stmarysprofessionals.com.au and a multitude of other web sites. Print media: Western Weekender "Western Property", our in-house produced Professionals Outer Western Sydney Property Guide, "Showcase" magazine, leaflets and brochure. Electronic media - Firstly, we have a data base of many thousands of buyers to whom we regularly distribute information regarding new listings, open homes, auctions, price adjustments, under contracts and recently sold properties. People also register for buyer alerts for specific areas, features and or prices. Further, we have a Sydney Property Showcase e-mag that is produced for all Sydney based Professionals offices promoting properties from each of the offices in one magazine and it is not only distributed to the offices in hard copy, but more importantly delivered to each office as a soft copy e-mag that each office then distributes electronically to their respective buyer data bases. This gets the properties within this e-mag in front of potentially 60 - 80,000 thousand people from all parts of Sydney and beyond that clearly have an interest in property. IF YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED, we look at marketing a lot like fishing, we need to not assume that any one avenue is going to create the buyer for your property, we need to spread that net as broad as we can to create as much interest in the property's we offer for sale to not only give us plenty of buyers to work with, but to make it possible for us to achieve the best possible result for you, the vendor and our customer. Oops, almost forgot the "for sale" sign and professional photography that is available of course.
