I have a large network of existing clients and use a state of the art database system in house and social media platform to be able to provide targeted and maximum industry reach. I have strong skills in understanding and reading the market, as well as using my bank brokering experience re: using various credible valuation methods to enable sales strategy development and an optimal result. I also pre-qualify buyers and provide guidance on getting quick finance approvals (not just pre-approvals). My strengths are my enthusiasm, professionalism and being able to maintain focus on the strengths and opportunities your property and its location offers to ensure a great result.

I have never has a contract 'fall through,' and this is due to my lending experience and unique buyer qualification system that no other agent is able to provide. I have a highly structured yet flexible approach to selling which keeps all stakeholders focused on the job of selling for a good price and within the best possible timeframe.
