Testimonials

Sally, Tom and I wanted to extend our sincere thanks and gratitue for the impeccably professional way you handled the sale of our home in Willoughby. this was the first home Sal and I had purchased together, was the only home our son has known and the decision to sell was an emotional one. Your empathy, honesty and commitment made it the right one.

All too often you hear horror stories fro disgruntled or disillusioned sellers who feel that there agent has acted primarily in their own self-interest. Such stories will never be gtold by anyone who deals with you. You kept us informed all the times and were always avaiable to answer questions and provide feedback.

We have told all our friends and family of the wonderful service you provide.

Thanks so much.

Selling the family home of 27 years was not an easy decision to make. Fortunately for us, we found Victoria Freeman and Robert Hollis who have become well known for successful sales in the Willoughby area.

Thanks to their firm, but friendly, direct approach and expertise, our decision was a lot easier than we contemplated. Not only are Victoria and Robert wonderful to work with but they helped us, physically, to prepare the house and yard for sale, including getting their hands and feet very dirty one soggy wintry Sunday morning in July. That is truly going the extra mile. Our advice - forget about waiting till the spring time to sell your house. Take advantage of less stock on the market in winter.

We had plenty of beautiful crisp sunny days to show off the house and garden adorned with orchids, jonquils, orange and lemon trees. Thanks to Victoria's patience, persistence and negotiation skills, our house sold, after six weeks of open inspections, at a price that we were pleas

Dear Victoria,

I wanted to take this opportunity to formally thank you and Rob for your assistance in selling 2A Harris Street, Willoughby for us.

Having lived there for 16 years we naturally had mixed feelings about selling, but you both made it so easy for us - and sold the property in five days at a price above the estimates!

As I said when we signed the contract of sale, the reason we chose you to be our agent was because we felt that you most clearly understood the market in general and specifically the market for a property like ours. And you had a clear idea of how and who to sell it to!

We can't recommend you highly enough - and we would be very pleased to speak to anyone considering their choice of agent to pass on our thoughts.

Thanks again and very best regards,
