How does LocalAgentFinder work for the homeowner?

Homeowners complete a detailed needs analysis, in minutes, through a digital registration process. LocalAgentFinder’s proprietary algorithm recommends the homeowner a shortlist of the top three registered agents in their area, based on their individual agent preferences and property information. Homeowners also have the option to view all agents in their area for a fuller comparison experience.

LocalAgentFinder has an Australian-based Homeowner Assistance Team who attempt to call every homeowner who registers and talks them through their recommended agent results, before personally connecting the homeowner with the agent(s) of their choice.

The LocalAgentFinder service is offered free-of-charge to homeowners.

How does LocalAgentFinder work for the agent?

For real estate agents, LocalAgentFinder works on a pay-on-success model. This means, LocalAgentFinder charges a referral fee only when the agent successfully transacts a property where the homeowner was introduced through LocalAgentFinder. There are no joining fees, no subscription fees or no per-lead fees.

LocalAgentFinder does not compare all of the agents in the market.
