1. The promoter of this Competition is LocalAgentFinder Limited (ABN 57 610 918 664) of 14 St Kilda Road, St Kilda VIC 3182 (Promoter).
2. Information on how to enter the Competition and the Prize (defined below) available form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the entrant.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged over 18 years.
4. The competition commences on 20 October 2023.
5. The competition closes on 21 January 2024 11.59pm AEST.
6. Entries must be received within the competition period.
7. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
9. The Promoter, in its sole discretion, will determine one (1) winner in total (the Winner). The Winner will receive a prize, as set out in clause 10 below.
10. The entry that is selected by a random draw by the Promoter will win their choice of (1) one of the following prizes, at the discretion of the Promoter:
- 2 x Australian Open Men’s Final Tickets (Rod Laver Arena – Twilight session on 28th January 2024)
- 1 x $2,000 Best Restaurants eGift Card
- 1 x $2,000 Flight Centre eGift Card
11. The Competition will comprise of a game of chance and the selection of the Winner will be by random draw by the Promoter from all the entrants who have completed their entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Entries will be placed into a random draw and the Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible, valid and complete entries received. All entrants will have an equal and random chance of being drawn.
12. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. We cannot accept
any responsibility for any variation in the prize or the prize value.
13. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.
14. The draw will take place at 14 St Kilda Rd, St Kilda on 22nd January 2024.
15. The Winner will be contacted by email or phone on 22nd January 2024.
16. If the Promotor is unable to contact the Winner, the Promotor reserves the right to select an alternative Winner.
17. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination thereof related to or resulting in the cancellation of the Competition.
18. To be eligible to enter the competition, the Winner must refer at least two (2) clients who sign with LAF Conveyancing. Entrants receive an entry into the draw for every 2 referred clients who sign with LAF Conveyancing. There is no limit to the number of entries an entrant may receive.
19. The prize may not be onsold and will be voided if the Winner attempts to do so.
20. All entrants of the Competition consent to being contacted by the Promotor.
