Internet campaign, we utilize up to 8 websites with realestate.com.au being the main focus point, professional photography, floor plan, full colour brochure, signboard at the property to let any potential purchaser driving through the area know that the property is currently for sale, EBook (electronic brochure) which is sent through to our buyer database weekly and print media where applicable either in the local courier and/or advertiser depending on the agreed marketing strategy.
Our main goal is to minimize the cost of advertising while maximizing the sale price of the property and our marketing is very driven to give you best value for money as the sales process can already be expensive. We want our clients to be comfortable throughout the entire situation.
It has been statistically proven that the 90% of all real estate enquiries are made through the Internet and properties that are being marketed with a video are generating up to 400% more enquiries than properties that do not utilize this method. While we use up to 8 websites to advertise a property the two that have the most 'traffic' are real-estate.com.au and domain.com.au. Buyers are well versed on how to navigate their way through these with ease as they have been around for a considerable time longer than any other sites.
We do however utilize social media to its fullest potential. Using social media, we have found it an invaluable way of communicating with buyers and vendors alike by updating on a daily basis. We have sold a number of properties through using these sites and the record so far was sold within 72 hours. This of course is free and is all part of our service.
