1. Expert Experience:
Established in 1988, Lang Realty has been delighting clients and building personal relationships for nearly 30 years. Our local knowledge of real estate trends, demographics, and pricing is second to none.

2. One Central Contact Number, Twenty Four Hours, Seven Days:
Our phone is answered by a real person 24 hours a day, seven days per week. We don’t market using mobile phone numbers, so we never miss a buyer enquiry: and we always return calls promptly. Just as importantly, this central enquiry system means that we have a HUGE database of active buyers. It also means you have an entire sales team working for you, not just one individual. When other agencies market properties using mobile phones, then there is only one agent working for you; they can't ensure our high level of service, nor can they build a large Buyer Database to leverage for your benefit.

3. Salary, not Commission:
Our agents are paid a large salary – not just commission offset against a small wage. They are also paid substantial bonuses when they do a great job for our clients. Commission agents often have to sell properties at any price just to put food on the table. In commission offices, a $10,000 higher price to you is less than $30 in a commission agent’s pocket. Ask yourself, for an extra $30, would a commission agent drive 40 minutes down the road to get you an extra $10,000? One of our agents recently drove down to Ballina to do just that – get the extra $10,000.

4. Trained Negotiators:
Industry experts maintain that 95% of all real estate agents haven't read so much as one book on the art of negotiation. At Lang Realty, if you aren't constantly studying negotiation, you're not part of the sales team. When interviewing agents, you may want to quiz them on their negotiation skills. If they're unfamiliar with the expert use of the 18 principles of negotiation, then they almost certainly do not have the ability to get you the highest price.

5. 100% Risk-Free Selling:
If other agents ask you to pay advertising costs up-front, may I suggest you let them gamble with their own money, not yours. Never pay up front costs of any kind to an agent.

6. Service Guarantee:
We offer a meaningful service guarantee. If we are not living up to your expectations, you can terminate our appointment, and go with another agent.
