We had another agent working for us in relation to renting the property and had a disastrous experience. There was no communication from the agent to us. They did not do a proper exit on the property and damages were not picked up and paid for by the tenant. Another tenant they put in did not inspect the property prior to signing of the lease and we had to release them from the lease.
Sally then took over the management of our property. The old tenants were released and she then supervised all damages to be repaired. She then organised with a cabinet maker for a new kitchen and appliances to be installed and repainting sections of the house. The tenants moved out on the Friday, the handyman came in on the Saturday, old kitchen out on Monday and new kitchen installed same day. Along with the cabinet maker, Sally had purchased all the appliances on our behalf and the electrical and plumbing for the new kitchen on the same day as the cabinet maker.
