Marketing is key when considering renting your home out. Whether you are a first time owner or a seasoned investor, you MUST get your marketing done correctly or you risk the property attracting enough, or the right tenant(s). At McGrath, we take into consideration all facets of the marketing process and discuss them with you.
First impressions count. Do not take short cuts to save a few bucks! The following items/tasks are a must when advertising your property: Clean property, lawns mowed, gutters cleaned, professional photography, well sized ad on realestate.com.au (and 6 other popular platforms).
Once the property is listed, we aim to show the property 2-3 times per week. This helps to cater for as many tenants as possible, whilst ensuring strong and healthy competition at our viewings. The more people we can get to our viewings the stronger chance we have of not only letting it but gives us multiple applicants to choose from.
All of our owners approve their tenants to ensure transparency throughout the sign up and day to day management process.
