Keppel Real Estate was created on the 18th February 2011 by Adam de Jong, Tony Hoy and Tracey Donnelly. Combined they have over 20 years’ experience within the real estate industry on the Capricorn Coast.

Keppel Real Estate specialise in Sales and Property Management, Project Management as well as Subdivisions on the Capricorn Coast.

Marketing Plan
In order to attract potential purchasers, a detailed marketing campaign is proposed.

Our marketing and management is based on our past experience at professionally managing residential properties.

Keppel Real Estate will undertake to:

•Regularly communicate offers to you and fully brief you on all movements in the market place.

•Regularly communicate up to date market analysis. Therefore enabling us to provide information on the response to advertising, the number of sales completed and the volume of new listings coming onto the market.

•Co-ordinate the organisation of the canvassing of potential purchasers by direct mail.

•Co-ordinate and prepare all contracts and arrange for the signing of contracts by vendor and the purchaser.

•Manage the advertising and promotional budget. This allows for continuity in the marketing program and through our regular market assessment of the local market enables us to advise you on the future marketing needs.
