We do have three strategies available to you to be able to sell your property, Whats working well at the moment is, ‘Offers Over’ campaigns, as it encourages negotiation upwards rather than down. Keeping you as the seller in control rather than giving the buyers the upper hand.

Another favorable approach is to secure you the highest possible price would be to take the property to Auction. The only real difference between this & a normal campaign is it gives you 3 opportunities to sell instead of 1. Prior to the Auction, at the Auction and after if needed. More buyers inspect the property as they will not disregard based on price & this creates competition, driving up the market price achievable.
