We will be re-launching our Real Estate Agency in March 2016 and primarily be specialising in Property Sales by Private Treaty only with other services (i.e. Property Management, Property Sales by Auction etc) made available in due course.

1. 50% Discount on our Standard Rate of 1% +GST until March 2017 ($2,750 Commission on a $500,000 Sale Price)
2. We will beat any competitors commission by 10%
3. In-depth initial analysis and report of your property suburb and marketability including:
o Likely Demographic and Target Market
o Property condition commentary
o Opportunities to improve the saleability of the property and improve the price (we can arrange quotes)
o Comparable properties on the market
o Certified Market Appraisal (CMA) and Suggested listing price
o Assessment of property as a potential development site by a Property Developer
4. Detailed monthly report of your property sale efforts:
o Open houses conducted
o Attendee numbers and demographics at Open houses and Private appointments
o Potential buyer feedback on your property (Price, condition, comparison to other properties and their requirements)
o Suggested alterations to your listing and the marketing of your property
o Summary of any offers received
o Opportunities to improve the Property presentation prior to an Open House
o Urgent repairs
5. $50 Rebate for any Home Loan Leads identified and settled as a result of listing your Property
6. $50 Testimonial Rebate
7. Refreshments served at every Open House
8. We don’t have the expense of an Office and can therefore offer the same service for less

Marketing Plan

Selling Approach:

We specialise in Property Sales by Private Treaty only with other services (i.e. Property Management, Property Sales by Auction etc) made available in due course.

Our Standard Commission is: 0.55% inc GST of the Selling Price which is a 50% discount on our Standard rate of 1.1% until March 2017. There is also a surcharge of 0.4125% for Local Agent Finder referrals.
