We are long standing members of the Real Estate Institute of NSW with our director Malcolm Gunning serving as the President from 2014 - 2015. REINSW is the industry body for real estate agents and property professionals, forming part of the Department of Fair Trading’s reference group to regulate the industry and educate the general public. We are also senior members of The Australian Property Institute, whose primary role is to set and maintain the highest standards of professional practice, education, ethics and professional conduct for its members and the property industry in general.
Our team is very much involved in various charities and local community events with one of our primary philosophies being to give back as much as possible and encourage strong community interaction. We’ve worked closely with children’s charity Variety, the Star Light Foundation, Oxfam Trail Walker, St Vincent’s Curran Foundation - among many others. We’re also very proud sponsors of the Harbour City Pirates, a local kids baseball team.

I understand the importance of listening to the individual requirements of home owners, in this current market and at this price point we would expect high levels of demand where an Auction is a favorable method, If this is not a preferred method of sale then to price your home (Private Treaty) would be advantageous. Our extensive database of buyers also allows for an off market sale.
