Applicants need to supply proof of identity, proof of income and a rental payment history report. We will obtain written and sometimes verbal references from their current and past agents/landlords,
We are members of TICA, a national tenancy database, where agents can list defaulting tenants and bankruptcies. All prospective tenants are checked on this database as part of the approval process. This database has proven to be a valuable investment and has saved landlords a lot of heartache in the past.
We organise viewings of your home to suit the applicants. We DON’T wait for a minimum number of interested parties first. After all, we want to minimise the vacancy period and start your income coming in.
Our inspections are conducted by experienced staff who know how to highlight the features of your property. We DON’T merely open the door. Whilst showing the property we are also given the opportunity to converse with any interested parties, which can be beneficial to the final selection decision.
Once we have checked all references and have all the relevant information we will contact you and you will be able to make an informed decision as to whether you will proceed with this particular applicant. We will inform you of all applications whether they are recommended or not as we believe you should be aware of the activity and enquiry taking place on your property. You as the Landlord will always have the final decision when it comes to the selection of the tenant.
