We recently appointed Andrew Gardner, sales consultant of Philip Webb, to sell our residential property in Croydon. We found him enthusiastic, trustworthy, nothing was too much trouble and he produced lightning fast results through skill and plain hard work.
Andrews initial contact was made during a local door knock where he nominated himself and Philip Webb as a strong team to facilitate the sale of our home. We chose Andrew over two other agents as his detailed presentation, genial personality, sales plan and realistic price expectations impressed.
He then canvassed our neighbourhood again and found two prospective buyers even beforethe start of the sales campaign proper. Andrew negotiated with prospects and presented only what he knew was an acceptable offer, in detail, as per our prior instructions. At our request he negotiated this offer to a higher amount that we then accepted.
Can’t imagine an easier sale being achieved by anyone.

He was always friendly, professional and on time (even sticking to his "7 minutes after leaving the open house call" promise). Both Anthea and I enjoyed working with andrew and would recommend him to anyone selling a house. (not to mention the kids loved him)
