I was a salesman for most of my working life and I know how easy it is to sell a product that is neat, tidy and is much sort after. I also know that when you have to sell a product that you yourself would think twice about before you would but it, you have to work very hard.
So, I was very impressed with your efforts last saturday morning and indeed the whole selling process that you have carried out over the last few months. The work you put into trying to create the positive aspects of this property was quite amazing and certainly produced the best results that we could expect.
