After 25 years of sales and marketing experience, Beth Leach joined the Real Estate Industry and became a fully licensed agent. She began the Beth Leach New Farm agency in 2017 and hasn’t looked back.

Last year she won the prestigious 2018 Agent Of The Year Award for New Farm, from Rate My Agent. These awards are calculated on the number of Seller reviews an agent receives divided by properties sold in a suburb, the total number of properties sold and total sales value of the properties the agent sold in the suburb. Marketing Plan

We use the sale method, Private Treaty, which is For Sale by Negotiation. Not Auction. We find this to be the most successful method in Brisbane in terms of achieving a good sale price, in a short time. It is also less expensive than Auction campaigns. It is more transparent and honest to both buyers and sellers, which is one of the core values of our agency.

The different marketing elements that we use will vary depending on the type of property it is. We understand that marketing can be expensive and we only use the most cost effective and necessary elements that are relevant to the property and the specific buyers we are wanting to reach. The essentials elements we most commonly recommend are: realestate.com.au listing, photographs, floor-plan, brochures and signboard. We also gift our clients with a complimentary My Village News magazine advertisement, as a thank you for appointing us as your agents, it costs up to $2,200 which we cover for you, and is read by thousands and distributed all around Inner-City Brisbane suburbs.
