Our marketing campaigns feature of mixture of both online and offline profiling and all our packages are customised to suit the particular budget or strategy. However, typically a 30 day marketing plan will be implemented to maximise the potential to create a competitive environment between buyers that will ultimately achieve a higher sale price.

I also focus on the emotional connection a buyer will make with the properties presentation, marketing price and advertising to ensure a strong connection is made between the buyer and the property.
