The way we are marketing is constantly changing, for example we are now embracing the use of video and social media for the majority of new properties coming onto the market. We can accommodate all methods of sale and can even offer a No Sale No Charge package to suit all cases. Most agents are very similar when it comes to marketing, our major point of difference is our 4 office network and our large sales team. In short, our size means we speak to so many more buyers and are more in tune with our market. We know what homes are worth because we sell more of them than any one else in our area and have done so for a very long time. Our success has been built and earned over time and we are always looking forward to how we can improve our team, with constant training and evolving.
