If selling by private treaty I recommend marketing the property "Preview" (no price) for the first 10 days to attract maximum enquiries and inspections early, and either enter into a premium sale at this point, or return to the market with an informed, competitive price that will result in a high sale price in a timely manner.

I am happy to discuss auctioning the property if that is the preferred method of the vendor, though with a 40% market share in Carrington and a 60%+ share of the open houses in the combined suburbs of the Throsby Precinct, I probably already have the buyer in my database and could potentially achieve a sale prior to when an auction program could be completed
